Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can use Telegram, you can use Toutouwai. You talk to your agent like you'd message a person. "Check my email every 3 hours for event bookings" — that's it. The agent figures out the backend.
Does Fledgling need an API key?
No. Fledgling ($5/mo) includes credits — it works out of the box.
What about Nest ($1/mo)?
Nest uses your own AI key. Connect one from OpenRouter, Anthropic, or OpenAI.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts. Cancel any time from Telegram or email us.
What happens if the agent makes a mistake?
Errors show up in your Telegram chat. If a cron job fails, Toutouwai tells you what went wrong. Nothing is irreversible — scripts run in an isolated environment and file changes stay on your agent's server, not your machine.
Is my data private?
Your conversations and files live in your agent's isolated container. We don't use your data to train models. If you connect your own AI key (Nest tier), your conversation data flows directly to the model provider you chose.
What is Hermes?
Hermes is the open-source AI agent framework Toutouwai is built on. It's what gives your agent its tools — web browsing, code execution, file system, memory. Toutouwai manages the hosting, Telegram interface, and skill packs so you get the power without the ops.
